All in stock items are ‘ready to ship' and and are dispatched within 1-2 working days of your order being placed. We understand that getting your item to you as soon as possible is of importance to you; this is why we only offer one shipping option via DHL Express, as stated below:

SHIPMENT OF 'PRE-ORDER' ITEMS

Any item(s) on pre-order are clearly marked as 'pre-order' and require a 2-4 week processing time prior to dispatch. We understand that getting your item to you as soon as possible is of importance to you; this is why we only offer one shipping option via DHL Express, as stated below:

• If your order contains a mixture of pre-ordered items and ‘ready to ship’ items, then your order will be shipped when the pre-ordered item(s) become available.
• Where you'd like to order a mixture of items that are in-stock and on pre-order & you want the in-stock item(s) to ship immediately, place two separate orders – one for the ‘pre-ordered’ item(s) and another for the ‘ready to ship’ items.

OTHER THINGS TO NOTE:

• Once an order is despatched, full tracking details will be made available to you via text and/or email. As we use a tracked and signed service, please ensure a recipient is at the shipping address to sign for and receive your parcel.
• Customers are responsible for any custom charges applicable for shipments into their home country.
